Deanna has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Arizona State University and is a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant.

Who We Are

Growing up in the midwest, Kurt struggled with his weight. From trying Weight Watchers, to SlimFast shakes in school lunches, Kurt searched for a simpler approach that could help him feel better. 

Deanna, on the other hand,  grew up in a healthy household and had a passion for nutrition. After discovering her gluten intolerance and witnessing family members become ill from poor health habits, she wanted to help others make lifestyle changes. 

As a devoted husband and wife team and servants of God, we made the declaration that we were going to combat the health crisis, together. We understand that healthy habits need to be taught, especially is you never grew up with them being a staple in your household. Through our holistic approach to wellness, we want to bring you back to the basics of health.
